A love language

It’s perfectly fine and even healthy to be a “foodie” ! Yes I mean food is a source of pleasure, comfort, and connection! Food is sensuality, it’s home and belonging, it’s community and gratitude!Food is a transport because it can take you to places!I would eat South African , Mexican, Japanese food etc.

As for me I love trying different cuisines given a chance! Finding out why a certain food is traditionally eaten in a country is almost as fun as actually eating the food! I would travel for food to tell the truth ! Food can also tell the story of a community. For example market places are often the centre of a community, where people not only shop for food and support local but also meet up to eat, drink or just chat, Because food is at the root of all survival, sharing it with others is an opportunity to express diversity and share your cultural traditions. When self-reflecting on why I love food, one of the main reasons that came to my mind was girl Because food, at its very core, is the most nurturing gift you can offer and we need it to live. Food is definitely part of my love language. I get so happy when I’m given food or when I want to show someone I care a lot of times food is involved.

I believe food is my true love,I am all about experimenting with unique ingredients and creating my very own dish. Believe me I am not a chef or a good cook I am just a foodie! Cookbooks lined up, spices classified and labeled, as a Do-It-Yourself foodie my treats kitchen as a laboratory. I am like almost always has some unheard ingredients stocked in my kitchen and fridge. When at a restaurant, I am always analyzing and contemplating what has gone into the meal to make it taste like it does! At the end of the meal, you will always hear me say, “I could’ve made this at home.”

Believe me it is that deep I am gonna try make it at home! Remember I am not chef
